Large Leaves

After considering the possibilities of designing baskets and flowerpots, fillings of interspaces, bird-, and pomegranate motifs, attention should now be paid to the large leaves.

Large leaves are very often found in the designs of Schwalm whitework. The variety of their forms is inexhaustible. Therefore, they are well suited to fill areas between other motifs or to frame motifs.
