To give you a chance to embroider different last-minute ornaments, one more angel is made to be cut out – again swathed in warm garments.
The design measures about 12 cm X 11 cm. It was stitched on Weddigen linen with a 13.5/cm thread count.
The halo was made like a hat.
The wings are filled with Cone (Limetrosen I).
The dress was embroidered with Wave stitches with one double Satin stitch bar in the middle.
Boiled, starched, ironed, and cut out this winter angel decorates green branches as an ornament.
It is possible to work all the nice little angels featured in the pattern collection Advent Calender 2018 on a band, either horizontally – as shown here – or vertically.
Of course also all cut out angels can be used to accommodate the tablecloth for all seasons to the Christmas time.
